Food mills: do they reduce labor for salsa at all
No need to use a food mill if you are okay with the seeds being in. I use my food mill more for chilies than for tomatoes however and it does a great job of removing both skins and seeds neither of which I was in the chilies. Tomatoes are easy enough to peel after being blanched but chilies are a bit more difficult at least for me.
